Choose an edition and an installation option:
Customers who download the full ISO will need to choose an edition and an installation option. This ISO evaluation is for the Datacenter and Standard editions. The Datacenter edition is the most complete edition and includes the new Datacenter-specific features (Shielded Virtual Machines, Storage Spaces Direct, Storage Replica, and Software-Defined Networking) in addition to unlimited server virtualization.
Installation options:
- Server Core: This is the recommended installation option. It’s a smaller installation that includes the core components of Windows Server and supports all server roles but does not include a local GUI. It is used for “headless” deployments which are managed remotely via PowerShell or other server management tools.
- Server with Desktop Experience: This is the complete installation and includes a full graphical user interface (GUI) for customers who prefer this option.

Windows Server 2016 on Microsoft Azure
So I'm using Windows Server 2016 on my media center PC and just purchased a Bluetooth USB:

I attempted to use the Windows 10 x64 driver, which normally works fine for Server 2016. It seems to install, however there are two devices in Device Manager.
MicrosoftUpdateServer. InternalDefinitionUpdateServer. MMPC. This cmdlet downloads updated definitions from the server you specify. Microsoft windows 8 updates download. Edit: The unknown Device is actually MS_BTHPAN6&12FA1004&0&2
The unknown device appears to be 'Broadcom Corporation - Bluetooth USB Module'.
I've tried every single one I found here:
However none of them appears to be valid for the unknown device. Perhaps some .inf hacking is needed, but I don't know quite what to hack here. (I've 'hacked' the network driver .inf before to get it to work on Server 2016).
Anyone got any ideas on how I could get this to work?

Edit2: Attempted to install it on my Windows 10 machine (which worked great) and then used the Powershell CMDlet Export-WindowsDriver. I then attempted to import the driver from that export on the Windows Server 2016 machine, no luck :( Which leads me to believe it either can't work or you have to hack the .inf file somehow.
Edit3: Attempted to go the 'Have Disk' path via Device Manager and selected the driver from my export. It installed and looks fine but ends up reporting:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Edit4: Seems like the Bluetooth 'radio' in this USB just does not have a compatible driver with Windows Server 2016. Fear that I'm SOL. Anyone know of a USB Bluetooth devices that could work?
